Email validation and verification, built into your email marketing
Check every address before you send. Clean your email list in bulk, cut your bounce rate, and keep your sender reputation intact.
What is email validation?
Email validation (also called email verification) checks whether an address can actually receive mail before you send a campaign to it. Sending to invalid addresses causes hard bounces, and a high bounce rate tells inbox providers like Gmail and Outlook that you're not managing your list. Your next campaign is then more likely to land in spam, even for the people who wanted it.
Free validation on every contact
Every contact you add to diasplatform, whether one at a time, pasted in, or by CSV or Excel import, is validated the moment it comes in, at no extra cost:
- Syntax check: catches typos and malformed addresses.
- Domain and MX check: confirms the domain exists and has a mail server that accepts email.
- Automatic suppression: invalid addresses and known spamtraps are flagged and kept out of your campaigns.
Deeper email verification when you need it
For a list you've bought, collected long ago, or never mailed before, run Dias Platform validation, a deeper mailbox-level check that sorts every contact into valid, catch-all, unconfirmed, or invalid. It costs $3 per 1,000 contacts, and you see the exact price before you start.
Bulk email list cleaning
Upload a CSV, .xls, or .xlsx file, including large lists with hundreds of thousands of contacts. Validation runs in the background, so you can close the page and come back when it's done. Duplicates are removed on import, and the results stay attached to each contact for segmenting later.
Then send, safely
Validation is only half of deliverability. diasplatform also sends your email campaigns in paced packs instead of all at once, and automatically suppresses every bounce, complaint, and unsubscribe. See how it works or compare plans and pricing.
Common questions
Is email validation free?
Yes. Syntax and mail-server checks run free on every contact, on every plan. Only the deeper mailbox-level verification is paid, at $3 per 1,000 contacts.
What's the difference between email validation and email verification?
The terms are used interchangeably. Both mean checking that an address is real and can receive mail before you send to it.
What is a catch-all address?
A catch-all domain accepts mail for any address, so its mail server can't confirm whether a specific mailbox exists. diasplatform labels these separately so you can decide whether to send to them.
Can I validate a list without sending a campaign?
Yes. Import your list, run validation, and export the cleaned results. You don't have to send anything.
